Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition — ideally in the automotive, digital marketplace, or advertising sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, confident, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Computer literate with a bias to using online of systems
  • A strong understanding of Kenya’s car trade market, dealer networks, and online marketing tools will be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by recruiting and onboarding verified car dealers and private sellers to list their vehicles on the Magari Deals platform.
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that increase listing subscriptions and enhance dealer engagement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and continuous listing renewal.
  • Conduct active market outreach through visits, calls, digital marketing initiatives, and participation in dealer events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve client onboarding processes and enhance user experience.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and share actionable insights on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent Magari Deals at industry events, car shows, and trade exhibitions to promote brand visibility and partnerships.
  • Manage the company’s online and social platforms — including YouTube and other digital channels — by creating and curating relevant automotive content
  • Manage page blogs about the automative industry
  • Perform any other role that may be assigned by management
